Our Programs build toward our three pillars of local youth transformation, institutional building, and thought Leadership toward inclusive rural development.
Awareness through entertainment
I love working in Project Potential as it allowed me to step out of my house & explore those alleys in my village that I had never explored before.
I used to be hesitant to talk to people. Here, I got the confidence to speak up with different people regardless of their age, gender or community.
Through my work in PP, I could also financially support my family. I also got the chance to visit Delhi for a program named Change Makers for Gram Swaraj by Connecting Dreams Foundation.

Stories that inspire
Delve into the world of twelve extraordinary young women: Ritu, Rinki, Jyoti, Nisha, Anshika, Madhu, Musarrat, Pratima, Reshma, Pooja, Akriti, and Aradhana. Against societal expectations, they embarked on a transformative journey through the Covid Response project. Their stories showcase courage, determination, and resilience as they overcame challenges, embraced education, and made a positive impact on their communities. Join them on their quest for change, empowerment, and a brighter future in this inspiring booklet.
Joining Project Potential transformed my life, exposing me to the social sector and career possibilities. They motivated and supported me in applying at NavGurukul, and spoke with my parents to facilitate my relocation, skill acquisition, and financial independence. I'm grateful for everything PP has done for me.
