Role Summary

Lead the implementation of the Rural India Youth Leadership (RIYL) programme in Baisi, nurturing young leaders who are invested in their own growth and the well-being of their communities.

Oversee programme delivery across multiple Gram Panchayats, ensuring high-quality implementation, strong community engagement, and meaningful youth-led action.
