Role Summary​​

Provide strategic leadership for all programs — from design to execution and learning.

Strengthen systems, processes, and team capabilities for effective delivery.

Facilitate cross-team collaboration and integration of MEL insights into programs.

Finance and Compliance

Min. Experience: 8–10 years in finance and compliance management (with at least 5 years leading teams in the social impact space)

Role Summary​​

Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and compliance across all programs.

Ensure transparency, accountability, and risk management in financial systems.

Lead policy design and implementation of finance and audit procedures.

Collaborate with leadership to ensure financial sustainability and strategic growth.
